Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience aligned with brand standards
  • Supervise, coach and mentor store staff while ensuring compliance with company policies and operating procedures
  • Lead by example to motivate the team and support individual development plans
  • Oversee daily store and operational activities to meet sales targets and maintain visual and service standards
  • Foster a cooperative, supportive workplace and demonstrate flexibility to meet business needs
  • Build and maintain customer relationships through clienteling, building customer books and creating memorable experiences
  • Make full use of available retail tools and in-store technologies to support sales and client management

Qualifications

  • Relevant retail sales experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail
  • Proven supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Excellent organisational and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Working knowledge of English

Experience
