Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach store sales associates to achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining luxury client service standards.
- Lead daily store operations, including key opening and closing responsibilities and operational reporting.
- Drive sales through clienteling, styling guidance, and proactive relationship-building with high-value customers.
- Support upper management in executing strategic sales initiatives and promotional activity.
- Foster team development through mentoring, performance feedback and on-the-floor training.
- Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards; assist with inventory control and loss-prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience with demonstrated results.
- Proven supervisory or team-lead experience in a retail environment.
- Demonstrable clienteling and customer-service aptitude, with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and peak retail periods as required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate a sales team in a fast-paced store environment.

Experience
Minimum two years of retail experience, ideally including supervisory or lead responsibilities; prior experience with a premium or luxury fashion brand is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or degree in fashion, retail management or business is a plus.
