Michael Kors in Wals-Himmelreich (Salzburg) seeks a full-time Sales Supervisor to lead the boutique team and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure an outstanding, bespoke customer experience at all times.
- Lead, motivate and coach the sales team in line with company policies and management directives.
- Support the personal and professional development of team members through training and ongoing feedback.
- Manage efficient daily store operations to meet service and sales objectives.
- Foster a cooperative, supportive workplace culture that drives team performance.
- Nurture customer relationships via proactive outreach (customer books) and personalised service.
- Utilise available sales tools and technologies to maximise commercial outcomes.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in sales or retail, preferably in premium or luxury segments.
- Proven organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to present and sell with warmth and clarity.
- Resilience and enjoyment of working in a dynamic, high-demand retail environment.
- Strong multitasking capability and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Very good command of English; good knowledge of German is desirable.

Experience
Several years of experience in retail sales or a related customer-facing role; prior people management or team-leading experience is preferred given the supervisory scope.
