Michael Kors in Vero Beach seeks a Part-time Sales Supervisor to lead the sales team, drive results, and deliver exceptional client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coach the sales team to achieve personal and store sales targets while maintaining exemplary customer service standards.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including key opening and closing duties, cash handling and operational task execution.
  • Drive customer engagement through clienteling, styling guidance and trend knowledge to build lasting client relationships.
  • Support upper management with strategic initiatives to increase sales, conversion and average transaction value.
  • Mentor team members, manage floor performance, and promote a collaborative, high-energy retail environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant retail experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate a retail sales team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a dedication to outstanding client service.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Experience

At least 2 years of hands-on retail experience with demonstrated sales performance and team supervision. Experience in luxury or premium fashion retail and with clienteling is strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, fashion or business-related education is a plus.
