Michael Kors is hiring a Part-time Sales Supervisor in Tucson, AZ to lead sales, coach staff and deliver elevated client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach the sales team to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through disciplined clienteling and merchandising.
- Perform key opening and closing duties and oversee daily store operations to ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Develop and sustain meaningful customer relationships by advising on product trends and delivering tailored styling guidance.
- Support upper management with strategic initiatives to drive sales performance and execute promotional activities.
- Foster a high standard of customer service through leadership, multi-tasking and by empowering team members to deliver an elevated retail experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail sales experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor a sales team in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including key opening and closing shifts.
- Customer-focused with proven clienteling skills and a strong interest in fashion and trends.
- Comfortable using retail technology and point-of-sale systems to support sales and client management.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on retail sales experience, preferably with supervisory or lead responsibilities; experience within luxury, premium, or fashion retail is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail- or fashion-related coursework or certifications are advantageous.
