Role & Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train and develop store personnel, ensuring staffing levels and role coverage align with business needs
  • Provide active sales leadership by coaching on the selling floor and modelling high-performance behaviours
  • Drive superior customer service standards and ensure a premium client experience at all touchpoints
  • Ensure compliance with all operational procedures, loss-prevention protocols and company policies
  • Implement and maintain corporate merchandising directives and visual standards
  • Manage daily store operations including scheduling, inventory control and basic financial reconciliation
  • Monitor sales performance against targets, deliver coaching and corrective action plans as required
  • Prepare and submit routine operational and sales reports to regional management

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of sales or retail management experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail
  • Proven leadership capability with experience recruiting, coaching and developing teams
  • Strong operational acumen and experience enforcing retail procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and holidays; legal authorization to work in Canada

Experience

At least 3 years of progressive retail management experience, with a demonstrated track record of leading teams to achieve sales targets, maintaining operational standards and executing merchandising directives—ideally within a fashion or luxury retail environment.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
