Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve personal and store sales targets through proactive selling, clientelling and elevated service.
  • Coach, supervise and develop sales associates to maximise individual and store sales performance.
  • Build and maintain repeat clientele through active management of client books and follow-up on post-sale activity (shipping, alterations, special requests).
  • Resolve client issues and complaints promptly to secure client satisfaction and preserve brand reputation.
  • Support store operations including cash controls, risk management, inventory management, shipping/receiving and participation in inventories.
  • Execute and maintain merchandising and visual directives to ensure the selling floor is organised, stocked and brand-compliant.
  • Enforce professional image and grooming standards and adhere to scheduling, time and attendance policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of specialty retail experience, with demonstrated selling success.
  • Prior supervisory or team-lead experience in a retail environment preferred.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop sales teams and to drive measurable sales improvements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to maintaining brand standards and client confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays; valid driver’s licence preferred if role requires offsite product transfers.

Experience
