Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive personal and store sales performance through coaching, floor leadership and execution of sales strategies.
  • Assist upper management with daily operational tasks, including key opening and closing duties and store administration.
  • Supervise, mentor and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships through clienteling, styling guidance and product knowledge.
  • Ensure adherence to customer service standards, loss-prevention procedures and visual merchandising directives.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and support store needs in a fast-paced retail environment, including multi-tasking across responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop store-level teams.
  • Strong clienteling and customer relationship skills with a focus on repeat business and personalized service.
  • Energetic, motivated brand ambassador with an affinity for fashion and luxury retail.
  • Technologically savvy with the ability to learn point-of-sale and CRM systems quickly.

Experience

At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably with supervisory or lead responsibilities; prior experience in luxury or premium retail environments is advantageous.
