Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive personal and store sales performance through effective clienteling, upselling and follow-through on post-sale service (shipping, alterations, special requests).
  • Coach, motivate and develop sales associates to maximize individual and team sales results and to maintain brand service standards.
  • Deliver exemplary customer service; resolve client complaints promptly to preserve client relationships and brand reputation.
  • Support store operations including cash controls, register management, inventory processes, shipping/receiving protocols and participation in inventories.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising directives to ensure the sales floor is organized, stocked and aligned with the brand image.
  • Contribute to loss prevention and physical security procedures and ensure adherence to company policies and grooming standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of specialty retail experience, preferably in luxury or premium apparel/accessories.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and to coach others in selling techniques and client development.
  • Strong organizational aptitude with experience in inventory control, cash handling and POS procedures.
  • Professional appearance and adherence to brand image and grooming standards.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to manage customer service escalations.

Experience
