Role & Responsibilities
- Drive personal and store sales performance through coaching, goal-setting and hands-on leadership
- Supervise daily store operations, including key opening and closing duties, cash handling and other operational tasks
- Coach and mentor sales associates in clienteling, styling techniques and product knowledge to deepen customer relationships
- Ensure consistent delivery of high customer-service standards and escalate service issues as appropriate
- Support upper management with execution of visual merchandising, inventory control and ad hoc store projects
- Demonstrate flexibility and multi-tasking capability in a fast-paced retail environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience
- Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop a sales team
- Strong clienteling skills with a track record of building lasting customer relationships
- Energetic, brand-focused presence and enthusiasm for fashion
- Comfortable using retail technology and point-of-sale systems; entrepreneurial mindset

Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on retail experience, preferably within premium or luxury fashion. Prior supervisory or team-lead responsibility is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, fashion or leadership training preferred.
