Role & Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard and develop store sales personnel, ensuring vacancies are filled promptly with qualified candidates.
  • Provide hands-on sales leadership on the sales floor to drive daily performance and achieve store targets.
  • Coach and mentor team members to deliver consistent, high-quality customer service and elevate client experience.
  • Ensure strict adherence to operational procedures, loss prevention and cash-handling protocols.
  • Implement and maintain brand merchandising standards and visual presentation guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of progressive experience in retail sales management or supervisory roles.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop front-line retail teams.
  • Strong operational aptitude with attention to process and compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and coaching skills.

Experience

At least 3 years of management or supervisory experience in retail, preferably within fashion or luxury brands, with a track record of coaching teams, meeting sales targets and upholding brand standards.
