Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach and develop sales staff, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures and directives.
- Maintain the highest standards of customer service, driving clienteling and personalised selling.
- Support the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager in achieving sales targets, KPIs and daily operational objectives.
- Implement visual merchandising and store presentation standards to reflect brand guidelines.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment and loss-prevention measures.
- Manage staff scheduling, performance feedback and on-boarding of new team members.
- Handle customer escalations and implement effective service recovery processes.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, equal employment and accessibility policies during all store operations.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or team-lead experience in retail; prior experience in luxury or premium fashion preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate and develop a sales team to meet commercial goals.
- Excellent customer service orientation with strong conflict resolution skills.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
Previous experience supervising retail sales teams is required; experience within luxury, fashion, or premium retail environments is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in retail, fashion, business or a related field is desirable.
