Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations, including key opening and closing procedures and adherence to operational standards.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales staff to meet individual and store sales targets while maintaining superior client service.
- Drive sales through active floor leadership, strategic selling and promotion of product knowledge and styling techniques.
- Foster lasting client relationships through clienteling and personalised customer engagement.
- Support upper management in executing commercial initiatives, merchandising directives and visual standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience; prior supervisory or team‑lead experience preferred.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop sales associates and to lead by example on the sales floor.
- Demonstrated clienteling skills with a track record of building repeat clientele and delivering luxury service.
- Flexible availability, including capability to perform opening/closing duties and work a variable schedule.
- Energetic, brand‑centric demeanor with strong interpersonal and multitasking capabilities.

Experience
Minimum of 2+ years of relevant retail experience, ideally within fashion or luxury retail; prior supervisory or lead experience is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or formal retail/merchandising training preferred but not required.
