Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets through coaching, performance management and hands‑on leadership.
- Support store leadership with strategic initiatives to drive sales and conversion, including floor management and merchandising execution.
- Perform key operational duties such as opening and closing procedures, visual standards compliance and daily administrative tasks.
- Develop and sustain customer relationships by coaching styling techniques, promoting clienteling practices and ensuring exceptional service standards.
- Demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic retail environment and mentor team members to foster professional development and high service performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience.
- Demonstrable ability to lead, mentor and develop a retail sales team.
- Strong customer‑facing skills with a genuine passion for fashion and brand representation.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with flexible availability (part‑time schedule).
Skills
Experience
At least two years of retail experience, preferably with exposure to luxury or premium brands; previous supervisory or lead experience is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, fashion or customer service is a plus.
