Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, welcoming customer experience and act as a fashion advisor to clients across product categories
- Manage multiple customer interactions concurrently while driving sales and conversion
- Support daily store operations including merchandising, inventory control, visual standards and loss prevention
- Assist management with staffing needs, opening/closing procedures and operational tasks executed with speed and accuracy
- Coach and motivate sales colleagues to meet individual and team KPIs and uphold brand service standards
- Operate point-of-sale systems and other store technology; ensure transactional accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of relevant retail experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrable service orientation
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for styling and product knowledge
- Technologically literate with comfort using POS systems and basic retail technology
- Flexible availability to support varied store schedules, including weekends and peak periods
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required; prior supervisory or team-lead experience in a retail or luxury environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional retail, fashion or business education is advantageous.
