Michael Kors Sales Supervisor (Part-time) in Ottawa — lead store operations and clienteling. Compensation: CAD 17.60–19.00/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support store leadership in driving sales results through strategic execution and hands-on coaching.
  • Perform and oversee key opening and closing procedures and daily operational tasks to ensure smooth store performance.
  • Coach and mentor sales staff to elevate customer service, selling skills and styling techniques.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships through active clienteling and personalized service.
  • Exercise leadership during peak trading periods, delegating tasks and managing the team’s daily priorities.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and adapt to changing operational needs in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably within premium or luxury fashion.
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience with a strong aptitude for coaching and mentoring.
  • Demonstrable clienteling experience and ability to build lasting customer relationships.
  • Comfortable executing opening/closing procedures and essential store operations.
  • Energetic, self-motivated and brand-focused with a commercial mindset.

Experience

At least 2 years of retail experience with demonstrated supervisory responsibilities; experience in luxury or premium fashion retail strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in fashion, retail management or a related field is an asset.
