Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets while upholding luxury service standards.
- Support store leadership in executing strategic initiatives to drive sales performance and client acquisition.
- Perform and oversee key opening and closing procedures and daily operational tasks to ensure store readiness and compliance.
- Coach advisors on styling techniques, clienteling practices and personalised selling to deepen customer relationships.
- Delegate responsibilities and empower team members to maintain exemplary customer service through effective mentoring and multi-tasking.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant retail experience.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of coaching or supervising retail teams.
- Proven aptitude for clienteling and building long-term customer relationships.
- Energetic, brand-focused demeanour and strong interest in luxury fashion.
- Comfortable with retail technology and adaptable to a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on retail experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion brands, with demonstrable success in sales and team supervision.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, fashion, or a related field preferred.
