Sales Supervisor
Michael Kors seeks a Part-time Sales Supervisor in Niagara Falls, NY to lead sales, client relations and store operations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve personal and store sales targets through elevated clienteling and consultative selling.
- Coach, motivate and develop sales associates to maximise individual and team performance.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships; maintain and utilise a personal client book and support associates with theirs.
- Ensure exemplary customer service by resolving client issues, managing returns and follow-up on special requests, shipping and alterations.
- Support store operations including cash controls, register management, inventory, receiving/shipping procedures and risk prevention.
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure a polished selling floor and timely processing of deliveries.
- Participate in inventories and communicate inventory needs and product concerns to management.
- Uphold brand grooming, image standards and adherence to company policies, procedures and training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of specialty retail experience.
- Previous supervisory or team-lead experience in a retail environment preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and develop client relationships in a luxury or fashion setting.
- Strong interpersonal, coaching and conflict-resolution skills.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, and adherence to brand appearance standards.

Experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience in specialty retail; prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred, ideally within a fashion or luxury retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; some college or vocational retail/visual merchandising training preferred.
