Michael Kors seeks a Part-time Sales Supervisor in Niagara Falls, NY to lead sales, client relations and store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve personal and store sales targets through elevated clienteling and consultative selling.
  • Coach, motivate and develop sales associates to maximise individual and team performance.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships; maintain and utilise a personal client book and support associates with theirs.
  • Ensure exemplary customer service by resolving client issues, managing returns and follow-up on special requests, shipping and alterations.
  • Support store operations including cash controls, register management, inventory, receiving/shipping procedures and risk prevention.
  • Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure a polished selling floor and timely processing of deliveries.
  • Participate in inventories and communicate inventory needs and product concerns to management.
  • Uphold brand grooming, image standards and adherence to company policies, procedures and training initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of specialty retail experience.
  • Previous supervisory or team-lead experience in a retail environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and develop client relationships in a luxury or fashion setting.
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, and adherence to brand appearance standards.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years' experience in specialty retail; prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred, ideally within a fashion or luxury retail environment.
