Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach sales associates to achieve individual and store KPIs while maintaining exemplary customer service standards.
- Support upper management in executing strategic initiatives to drive sales and store performance.
- Perform and oversee key opening, closing and daily operational tasks to ensure efficient store functioning.
- Develop client relationships through targeted clienteling, trend knowledge and coaching of styling techniques.
- Exercise hands-on leadership and multitasking to empower the team and maintain consistent brand presentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and motivate a retail team to achieve sales objectives.
- Proven clienteling and relationship-building skills.
- Flexible, self-starting attitude with an interest in personal leadership development.

Experience
Minimum of 2+ years in retail sales; supervisory or team‑lead experience preferred, with a track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-touch client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary study in fashion, retail or business management preferred.
