Sales Supervisor
Michael Kors in Montreal seeks a part-time Sales Supervisor — lead the retail team, drive sales and deliver luxury customer service (CAD 16.10–18.00/hr).

Role & Responsibilities
- Support upper management to drive store results through a strategic, multi-faceted approach.
- Perform and manage key opening and closing procedures and day-to-day operational tasks.
- Supervise, coach and motivate the sales team to deliver elevated customer service and meet sales targets.
- Develop and sustain customer relationships through clienteling and by coaching styling techniques.
- Demonstrate flexibility and multitasking capability in a high-volume, trend-driven retail environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a retail team and execute opening/closing duties.
- Proven clienteling skills and a capacity to build lasting customer relationships.
- Energetic, motivated brand ambassador with a strong interest in fashion and sales.
- Technologically savvy with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Experience
Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience in luxury or fashion; prior supervisory or team-lead responsibilities preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in retail, fashion, visual merchandising or business is preferred.
