Michael Kors is hiring a Sales Supervisor in Milan to lead store teams, drive sales and deliver exceptional client service.

Role & Responsibilities
- Coach, inspire and support the store sales team while partnering with store leadership to cultivate accountability and high performance.
- Assist with onboarding, training and development of team members to ensure consistent service standards and career progression.
- Drive inclusive, high-quality customer experiences in-store and via virtual shopping channels, prioritising client retention and loyalty.
- Maintain and proactively manage client database and client communications using company clientelling apps and tools to grow sales.
- Set, communicate and monitor sales goals and KPIs for the team, ensuring targets are understood and pursued.
- Promote loss prevention best practices and collaborate with leadership to address operational or security concerns.
- Use company communication platforms to action updates and follow through on assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience with demonstrated ability to lead or supervise a sales team, preferably in a fast-paced or luxury retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to lead with empathy, clarity and respect for diverse working styles.
- Comfortable using digital selling tools and clientelling applications to enhance the customer journey.
- Resilient and adaptable with excellent organisational attention to detail.
- Familiarity with retail KPIs and experience tracking performance metrics.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of progressive retail experience with supervisory or team‑lead responsibility, ideally within luxury or premium fashion and a customer‑centric environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification or degree in retail, business or hospitality preferred.
