Sales Supervisor
Michael Kors is hiring a Sales Supervisor in Leidschendam-Voorburg, Netherlands to lead the store team and drive omnichannel sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Inspire, coach and support the store sales team while partnering with store leadership to cultivate a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Assist in onboarding, training and development of team members to ensure consistent service standards and team readiness.
- Drive inclusive, high-quality customer experiences across in-store and virtual shopping channels to build loyalty and repeat business.
- Ensure proactive clientelling by maintaining client communication using clientelling apps and tools and by managing the client database to increase sales.
- Set, communicate and monitor sales goals and KPIs; support the team to achieve targets and translate metrics into daily priorities.
- Promote loss prevention best practices and collaborate with store leadership to address operational and security concerns.
- Use company communication platforms effectively and act on corporate updates and directives.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment; supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead with empathy, clarity and respect for diverse working styles.
- Comfort with digital tools and an openness to use technology to enhance the customer experience.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with retail KPIs and Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Skills
Experience
Proven retail experience with responsibility for sales delivery and customer service; supervisory or team-lead experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment is preferred, ideally within fashion or luxury retail.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; vocational qualification in retail, sales, hospitality or a related discipline is advantageous.
