Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations including key opening and closing procedures and associated operational tasks.
- Coach, mentor and motivate sales staff to meet individual and store sales targets while upholding brand standards.
- Drive sales through clienteling, personalised styling guidance and by fostering long-term customer relationships.
- Support upper management in executing strategic initiatives to grow revenue and improve store performance.
- Maintain flexibility to multi-task across sales floor leadership, visual presentation and administrative duties.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience within a retail environment preferred.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships through clienteling and personalised service.
- Energetic, self-starting attitude with a passion for fashion and brand representation.
- Comfortable with store technology and point-of-sale systems; adaptable to process changes.

Experience
Minimum of 2+ years of relevant retail experience; prior supervisory or team-lead experience preferred, with a track record of meeting sales targets and developing salespeople.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or an associate degree in fashion, merchandising or retail management is a plus.
