Sales Supervisor

Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day sales-floor operations including opening and closing procedures and other operational tasks.
- Coach and mentor sales staff to drive personal and store sales targets while maintaining elevated customer service standards.
- Develop and sustain client relationships through clienteling and personalised styling guidance.
- Support upper management in executing sales strategies, visual merchandising directives and promotional initiatives.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, deputising for management as required and ensuring team adherence to brand protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
- Demonstrable experience in clienteling and building long-term customer relationships.
- Proven ability to lead or mentor a small sales team with a collaborative, motivational style.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Technologically comfortable with point-of-sale systems and basic digital clienteling tools.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on retail experience; supervisory or lead experience within a fashion or luxury retail environment is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, fashion or business is desirable.
