Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the boutique.
- Drive sales performance by supporting management in executing commercial strategies, meeting individual and store targets and analysing results.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales advisors to elevate clienteling, styling capabilities and customer-service standards.
- Foster and maintain long-term customer relationships through personalised service, trend knowledge and proactive outreach.
- Ensure visual merchandising and product presentation meet brand standards and support promotional initiatives.
- Support scheduling, loss-prevention measures and ad hoc administrative tasks to maintain operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably in luxury or premium fashion.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a small retail team with demonstrable coaching experience.
- Strong clienteling aptitude with a track record of building lasting customer relationships.
- Flexible availability and willingness to work a part-time schedule in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Energetic, self-starting attitude with a genuine passion for fashion and brand representation.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of retail experience, with prior supervisory or team-lead responsibilities preferred, ideally within a luxury or premium fashion environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail- or fashion-related qualifications advantageous but not required.
