Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve personal and store sales targets through direct selling and by coaching associates to maximise performance.
  • Provide day-to-day supervision of sales staff, including training, scheduling adherence and performance feedback.
  • Deliver elevated client service, build and maintain repeat clientele using personal and team client books, and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage point-of-sale operations: execute management register functions, train staff on proper register usage and maintain cash controls.
  • Support store operations including inventory management, shipping/receiving protocols, participation in inventories and communication of stock needs.
  • Support risk management and physical security procedures to protect merchandise and store assets.
  • Implement and maintain merchandising and visual directives; ensure the sales floor is stocked, organised and brand‑appropriate.
  • Oversee post-sale follow-up (shipping, alterations, special requests) to guarantee a seamless client experience.
  • Enforce brand image and grooming standards and support follow-up for training programs and seminars.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and to coach a retail team to similar results.
  • Strong customer service orientation with demonstrated clienteling skills and the ability to resolve disputes effectively.
  • Leadership and supervision skills, including training, scheduling and performance management.
  • Knowledge of store operations: register management, inventory control, shipping/receiving and loss-prevention practices.
  • Professional grooming and adherence to brand image standards; reliable time and attendance practices.
  • Valid driver's license if assigned offsite driving duties.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of specialty retail experience, preferably with supervisory or leadership responsibilities in a fashion or luxury retail environment.
