Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations, including key opening and closing duties and adherence to operational procedures.
- Drive individual and store sales through coaching, prioritising client experience and executing sales strategies.
- Lead, mentor and develop the sales team to meet performance targets and deliver consistent clienteling standards.
- Foster lasting customer relationships by maintaining product knowledge, advising on styling and promoting loyalty initiatives.
- Support upper management with execution of visual merchandising, inventory control and multi‑tasked retail priorities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
- Demonstrable ability to lead and develop a retail sales team; strong coaching and mentoring skills.
- Proven clienteling experience with a record of building and retaining customer relationships.
- Energetic, brand‑aligned ambassador with an entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for fashion.
- Technologically literate with comfort using point‑of‑sale systems and digital client engagement tools.

Experience
At least 2 years of hands‑on retail experience with demonstrated sales results and prior supervisory or lead responsibilities; luxury or premium brand experience is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, fashion or business is advantageous.
