Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily store operations, including key opening and closing duties and adherence to operational procedures.
  • Drive individual and store sales through coaching, prioritising client experience and executing sales strategies.
  • Lead, mentor and develop the sales team to meet performance targets and deliver consistent clienteling standards.
  • Foster lasting customer relationships by maintaining product knowledge, advising on styling and promoting loyalty initiatives.
  • Support upper management with execution of visual merchandising, inventory control and multi‑tasked retail priorities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and develop a retail sales team; strong coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Proven clienteling experience with a record of building and retaining customer relationships.
  • Energetic, brand‑aligned ambassador with an entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for fashion.
  • Technologically literate with comfort using point‑of‑sale systems and digital client engagement tools.

Experience
