Role & Responsibilities

  • Support store leadership in executing sales strategies to achieve personal and store targets.
  • Supervise daily store operations, including key opening and closing procedures and cash handling.
  • Coach and mentor sales associates on clienteling, styling techniques and product knowledge to build lasting customer relationships.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of brand-standard customer service and maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Delegate tasks, manage shift coverage and multi-task across operational priorities to sustain store performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or lead capacity.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop a frontline retail team.
  • Strong customer orientation with proven clienteling and relationship-building skills.
  • Flexible, proactive and able to perform in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Technologically comfortable with retail systems and digital sales tools.

Experience

At least two years of progressive retail experience with demonstrated sales performance; prior supervisory or lead responsibilities preferred.
