Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure efficient business execution

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships and nurture repeat clientele
  • Utilise all available retail tools and technologies to support sales and operational processes

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience with a strong service orientation
  • Demonstrable supervisory or team-lead experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, demanding environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Fluency in German (knowledge of the local language) — English language skills desired

Experience
