Role & Responsibilities
- Support store leadership in achieving sales targets through strategic, hands-on coaching and sales performance management.
- Execute opening and closing procedures and ensure daily operational excellence, including cash handling and visual standards.
- Supervise and mentor the sales team to deliver elevated customer service and consistent clienteling practices.
- Develop product and trend knowledge and coach styling techniques to enhance customer engagements and repeat business.
- Prioritise a high-touch client experience while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, with demonstrated sales results.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a small retail team; aptitude for mentoring and performance coaching.
- Solid commercial awareness, clienteling experience and a passion for luxury fashion.
- Flexible, proactive and comfortable with operational duties, including opening/closing and cash procedures.

Requires at least 2 years of retail experience with demonstrated sales performance; prior supervisory or team-lead responsibilities strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal training in retail, fashion or related disciplines is advantageous.
