Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive personal and store sales performance through coaching, execution of merchandising and selling strategies, and hands-on leadership.
  • Supervise day-to-day store operations including key opening and closing duties and other operational tasks to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Coach and mentor sales associates in styling techniques, clienteling, and product knowledge to build lasting customer relationships.
  • Support upper management by executing strategic initiatives and contributing to local business plans and KPIs.
  • Foster a customer-centric environment by modelling high standards of service and empowering the team to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop retail teams.
  • Strong clienteling aptitude with proven skills in building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Energetic, brand-forward attitude and a genuine passion for fashion.
  • Comfortable with operational responsibilities, multi-tasking and using retail technology.

Experience
