Sales Supervisor
Michael Kors seeks a Part‑Time Sales Supervisor in Columbia, SC (Columbiana Centre) to lead sales, client service and visual merchandising.

Role & Responsibilities
- Drive personal and store sales performance to meet or exceed targets through elevated selling and service techniques.
- Coach, develop and motivate sales associates; assist in training on selling skills, clienteling and register functions.
- Deliver impeccable client service: build repeat clientele, manage client books, resolve complaints and ensure post‑sale follow‑through (shipping, alterations, special requests).
- Support store operations including cash controls, loss prevention, inventory management, shipping/receiving and participation in inventories.
- Execute visual and merchandising directives to maintain an organized, fully stocked selling floor that reflects the brand image.
- Collaborate with the store manager on risk management, physical security and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain professional image and grooming standards consistent with brand expectations and ensure team compliance with schedules and attendance.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience with demonstrated supervisory or team‑lead responsibility in a luxury or premium retail environment.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and developing others’ selling skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with experience in clienteling and relationship building.
- Familiarity with inventory processes, cash handling and basic loss prevention protocols.
- Flexibility to work part‑time hours, including evenings, weekends and holiday peaks; valid driver’s license if required for offsite product transport.

Several years of retail sales experience with at least one year in a supervisory or lead role; prior experience in luxury or fashion retail preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; postsecondary coursework in business, retail management or fashion preferred.
