Sales Supervisor

Role & Responsibilities

• Support store leadership in achieving sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
• Supervise and mentor sales staff to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality client experiences.
• Perform key opening and closing duties and ensure day-to-day operational standards are met.
• Coach team members on styling techniques and product knowledge to cultivate lasting customer relationships.
• Allocate tasks and manage multiple priorities on the sales floor while maintaining service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor a small retail team; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills.
• Flexible availability to cover retail hours, including opening/closing and peak periods.

Skills

Experience

At least two years of relevant retail experience, with prior responsibility for supervising, coaching or mentoring sales colleagues preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or vocational training in fashion, retail, or business is preferred.
