Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve personal and store sales targets through elevated levels of service and disciplined selling techniques.
  • Coach, supervise and develop sales associates to maximise individual and team performance; assist in staff training and follow-up for all in-store programs.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through client book management and repeat client development.
  • Ensure exemplary customer service and resolve client complaints swiftly to guarantee client satisfaction.
  • Support store operations including inventory control, stock processing, shipping/receiving paperwork and participation in inventories.
  • Manage risk, physical security and store cash controls in collaboration with the Store Manager.
  • Execute merchandising and visual directives to maintain an organised, fully stocked selling floor that reflects brand standards.
  • Perform and instruct appropriate register usage and management register functions; ensure all sales-related policies and procedures are followed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of specialty retail experience.
  • Demonstrable sales performance and strong clienteling ability (client book management).
  • Experience supervising or providing day-to-day guidance to retail staff.
  • Proficient with point-of-sale/register operations and basic cash control procedures.
  • Availability to work a retail schedule including weekends and peak trading periods.
  • Professional grooming and presentation consistent with brand image.

Experience
