Sales Supervisor
Michael Kors is hiring a Sales Supervisor in Calgary to lead store sales, coach staff and uphold merchandising and operational standards.

Role & Responsibilities
- Recruit, train and develop store sales associates, ensuring positions are staffed with qualified personnel in a timely manner
- Lead by example on the selling floor to drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs
- Coach and mentor associates to deliver the highest level of customer service and clienteling
- Ensure strict adherence to all operational procedures, including cash handling, inventory control and loss prevention
- Implement and maintain corporate merchandising and visual directives to uphold brand standards
- Support daily store management tasks such as shift coordination, scheduling and performance feedback
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales management or retail supervisory experience
- Proven operational competence in a retail environment
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership and people‑development capability
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years' experience in sales management or a supervisory role within retail; prior experience in premium or luxury fashion retail is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma required; post‑secondary education in business, fashion, retail management or a related field preferred.
