Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations, including key opening and closing duties, cash handling and loss-prevention procedures.
- Drive store and personal sales targets through coaching, performance management and hands-on leadership.
- Develop and maintain client relationships via proactive clienteling and personalised styling guidance.
- Coach and mentor the sales team on product knowledge, service standards and selling techniques.
- Support upper management with execution of merchandising, visual standards and store initiatives while demonstrating flexibility to meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, with demonstrated success in a results-driven environment.
- Proven ability to supervise or lead a retail sales team and to execute opening/closing operational tasks.
- Strong customer-service orientation with effective coaching and communication skills.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably within premium or luxury fashion. Prior supervisory or lead sales experience is highly desirable, with a track record of meeting sales targets and developing team performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or certificate in business, fashion or retail management preferred.
