Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the in-store sales team (Jet Set Ambassadors) to deliver elevated customer experiences both in store and via Virtual Shopping.
- Drive personal and store sales targets by analysing performance reports, setting KPIs and implementing action plans to maximise conversion and repeat business.
- Own floor presence and role-model brand behaviours, image and grooming standards to ensure consistent execution of service protocols.
- Manage client communication and proactively maintain the client database to generate sales opportunities and strengthen loyalty.
- Support store management with visual merchandising implementation, store maintenance, auditing and adherence to brand standards.
- Act on loss-prevention indicators and collaborate with store leadership and LPRM to mitigate shrinkage and security risks.
- Utilise company communication platforms and retail technology for inventory management, sales analysis and team coordination.
Qualifications
- Proven retail and people-management experience within a fast-paced retailer.
- Demonstrable ability to meet and exceed sales goals and to set/communicate KPIs for a team.
- Proficiency with Retail Math, KPI interpretation and Microsoft Office.
- Technology proficient with experience leveraging retail systems for inventory, clienteling and virtual sales.
- Fluent English and strong interpersonal, coaching and conflict-resolution skills.

Experience
Relevant, proven retail and management experience with a fast-paced retailer, including frontline coaching and delivering sales results through team leadership and clienteling.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further study in retail, fashion, business or a related discipline advantageous.
