Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and inspire the store sales team while partnering with the host store to cultivate a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Support onboarding, training and ongoing development to ensure team members are confident and customer-focused.
- Drive inclusive, high-quality customer experiences both in-store and via virtual Shopping channels to build loyalty and repeat business.
- Maintain and optimise client communication through clientelling apps and tools; proactively manage the client database to increase sales.
- Set, communicate and track clear sales goals and KPIs so every team member understands their contribution to results.
- Promote a proactive approach to loss prevention and collaborate with store leadership to address operational or security concerns.
- Use company communication platforms effectively and execute on corporate updates and action items.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, preferably within luxury or premium brands.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coach colleagues with empathy, clarity and respect for diverse working styles.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Comfortable with digital sales tools and clientelling technology; willingness to adopt new systems to enhance customer experience.
- Familiarity with retail KPIs and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with acute attention to detail.
- Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic retail setting.
Skills
Experience
Previous supervisory experience in a retail or concession environment, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing team members and managing client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or vocational training in retail, business or management is advantageous.
