Sales Supervisor
Michael Kors seeks a part-time Sales Supervisor in Anchorage, AK to lead store sales, clienteling and visual presentation.

Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve personal and store sales targets through direct selling, clienteling and coaching of the sales team.
- Develop and refine personal sales techniques and mentor associates to maximize individual and store performance.
- Deliver exceptional, elevated customer service; build and maintain repeat clientele using a personal client book and by supporting associates’ client-development.
- Manage post-sale processes including shipping, alterations and special requests to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Support store operations: enforce cash controls, loss-prevention procedures, physical security and inventory management in collaboration with the store manager.
- Train and support staff in register usage and execute management register functions as required.
- Participate in stock handling, shipping/receiving protocols, inventory counts and timely processing of deliveries.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards: ensure the selling floor is organized, stocked and aligned with visual directives.
- Identify product or inventory concerns and communicate replenishment needs to support business goals.
- Uphold professional image and grooming standards, adhere to scheduling and time-and-attendance policies, and support follow-up for training programs.
- When applicable, perform offsite driving duties to transport product to/from offsite locations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead capacity (luxury or premium retail preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities with experience training sales staff.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills; ability to resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record if required for offsite transport duties.

Approximately 2+ years of retail sales experience with demonstrated success in meeting sales targets; minimum 1 year in a supervisory, lead or coaching role within luxury or premium retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certifications in retail management or hospitality preferred but not required.
