Michael Kors seeks a Sales Supervisor (30 hours) in Amsterdam to lead the store team, drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and inspire the store team to deliver a high-performance culture, ensuring accountability and adherence to brand image and grooming standards.
  • Support onboarding, training and development of Jet Set Ambassadors; provide ongoing feedback and performance coaching to maximise individual and team results.
  • Drive exceptional customer experiences both in-store and via Virtual Shopping; model service-leading behaviour and maintain strong floor presence.
  • Ensure proactive clienteling and database management using all clienteling apps and tools to increase loyalty and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by analysing reports, setting KPIs for the team, and developing actionable plans to close performance gaps.
  • Support store operations including visual merchandising execution, store maintenance, auditing programmes and prompt action on loss-prevention issues.
  • Communicate business performance and opportunities to the management team and implement store-level initiatives to improve results.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail and supervisory experience with a fast-paced retailer, preferably in luxury or premium fashion.
  • Demonstrable coaching and people-development skills with experience supporting onboarding and performance management.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proficiency in Retail Math and KPI interpretation.
  • High level of digital literacy and experience leveraging clienteling apps and virtual shopping tools to drive sales.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.

Experience

Proven retail management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment; experience within luxury or premium retail environments is highly relevant. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and developing retail teams.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary qualification in retail, fashion, business or a related discipline is advantageous.
