Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations, including key opening and closing procedures and other operational tasks to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Drive personal and store sales results through strategic execution, visual standards and active selling.
- Coach and mentor sales associates on clienteling, styling techniques and customer engagement to deepen client relationships and repeat business.
- Support upper management in executing merchandising, promotional and staffing initiatives.
- Lead by example to empower the team, manage priorities, and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced retail environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience.
- Proven ability to perform opening/closing duties and manage store operations.
- Strong customer-facing skills with experience in clienteling and relationship building.
- Availability to work a flexible, part-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
At least two years of retail experience, preferably with supervisory or lead responsibilities in a fashion or luxury retail environment. Demonstrated success in driving sales, coaching team members, executing opening/closing procedures and delivering elevated client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or certification in retail, fashion or business preferred.
