Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through proactive selling and elevated service.
  • Develop and maintain lasting client relationships; manage and grow a personal client book.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product and merchandise knowledge to advise clients effectively.
  • Manage post-sale details including shipping, alterations coordination and special client requests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Operate Point-of-Sale systems accurately and comply with all sales-related policies and procedures.
  • Maintain visual standards on the selling floor: merchandising, stock organization and replenishment.
  • Participate in inventory processes, stockroom management, receiving/shipping procedures and related paperwork.
  • Attend and engage in training, meetings and store initiatives as directed by management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of retail experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to build and sustain client relationships and use clienteling tools effectively.
  • Flexible availability to work retail schedules, including weekends and peak periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience
