Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through proactive selling and elevated service.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships; manage and grow a personal client book.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product and merchandise knowledge to advise clients effectively.
- Manage post-sale details including shipping, alterations coordination and special client requests to ensure satisfaction.
- Operate Point-of-Sale systems accurately and comply with all sales-related policies and procedures.
- Maintain visual standards on the selling floor: merchandising, stock organization and replenishment.
- Participate in inventory processes, stockroom management, receiving/shipping procedures and related paperwork.
- Attend and engage in training, meetings and store initiatives as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of retail experience.
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to build and sustain client relationships and use clienteling tools effectively.
- Flexible availability to work retail schedules, including weekends and peak periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably within a fashion or luxury retail environment, with demonstrated sales performance and client development.
