Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience that drives sales and builds lasting client relationships.

- Support omnichannel business by leveraging available digital tools and in-store technology to convert online and in-person demand.

- Collaborate with store leadership to create initiatives that maximise personal and store sales performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail sales experience.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and a demonstrable track record of client engagement.
- Energetic, self-starting attitude with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Customer service obsession with a passion for styling and contemporary fashion.
- Technologically literate with an entrepreneurial approach to sales and client development.
