Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience that drives sales and builds lasting client relationships.
  • Execute daily operational tasks with accuracy and attention to presentation and loss-prevention standards.
  • Achieve individual productivity targets through effective multitasking, prioritisation and follow-through.
  • Support omnichannel business by leveraging available digital tools and in-store technology to convert online and in-person demand.
  • Develop product and trend knowledge to provide styling guidance and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to create initiatives that maximise personal and store sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail sales experience.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and a demonstrable track record of client engagement.
  • Energetic, self-starting attitude with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Customer service obsession with a passion for styling and contemporary fashion.
  • Technologically literate with an entrepreneurial approach to sales and client development.

Experience
