Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver elevated levels of sales and personalised customer service to maximise store performance and meet sales targets.
  • Comply with all sales-related policies, procedures and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Maintain an impeccable selling floor presentation and assist with visual merchandising.
  • Manage stockroom organisation and inventory replenishment; assist with receiving and stock control.
  • Engage proactively with clients to build relationships, encourage repeat business and handle transactions using the store’s POS system.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of relevant retail sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; customer-centric demeanour.
  • Genuine passion for fashion and an appreciation for luxury product presentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail environment.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant sales experience in a retail environment, preferably with exposure to fashion or luxury goods and customer-facing roles.

Education
