Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated levels of sales and personalised customer service to maximise store performance and meet sales targets.
- Comply with all sales-related policies, procedures and loss-prevention protocols.
- Maintain an impeccable selling floor presentation and assist with visual merchandising.
- Manage stockroom organisation and inventory replenishment; assist with receiving and stock control.
- Engage proactively with clients to build relationships, encourage repeat business and handle transactions using the store’s POS system.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant retail sales experience.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; customer-centric demeanour.
- Genuine passion for fashion and an appreciation for luxury product presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail environment.

Experience
1–3 years of relevant sales experience in a retail environment, preferably with exposure to fashion or luxury goods and customer-facing roles.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study in fashion, retail or hospitality is an asset.
