Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as an MK Ambassador by delivering exceptional, elevated customer experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Maintain consistent client communication using all available clientelling apps and tools to nurture and expand clientele.
  • Provide day-to-day floor and stock presence, ensuring visual standards and merchandise availability.
  • Collaborate proactively with the management team to analyse store performance and convert business opportunities into sales.
  • Leverage Product Knowledge packs to become a Selling Expert capable of advising customers with confidence and passion.
  • Interpret sales results and customer data to identify opportunities and contribute to achieving store targets.

Qualifications

  • Relevant retail sales experience and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate, motivate and inspire team members.
  • Technological proficiency and comfort using digital tools to support clientelling and sales processes.
  • Effective communication skills; proficiency in the local language is preferable.
