Role & Responsibilities
- Provide high-touch, personalized client service to cultivate relationships and drive sales.
- Execute daily boutique operations including POS transactions, cash handling and returns processing.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure presentation aligns with brand directives.
- Build and maintain a clienteling pipeline using in-store tools and follow-up communications.
- Support inventory control: receive, stock, replenish and conduct regular stock counts.
- Contribute to achieving weekly and monthly sales targets and participate in promotional events.
- Adhere to loss-prevention, security and brand compliance procedures, and assist with opening/closing duties.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a retail or luxury environment.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, polished appearance.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks (stocking, merchandising).
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1+ year of retail sales experience is preferred; prior experience in luxury or premium-brand retail is highly valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; some post-secondary education preferred but not required.
