Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through consultative selling and proactive client outreach.
  • Deliver an elevated level of customer service and cultivate lasting client relationships using a client book.
  • Demonstrate thorough product knowledge across merchandise assortments and maintain awareness of market and fashion trends.
  • Manage post‑sale details including shipping, alterations coordination and special client requests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain the selling floor and stockroom: merchandising, replenishment, inventory control and participation in inventories.
  • Operate Point‑of‑Sale systems accurately; execute register functions and comply with POS and cash‑handling policies.
  • Adhere to store scheduling, time and attendance policies and participate in required training and store meetings.
  • Resolve client complaints promptly and escalate to management when necessary to protect the brand experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building repeat clientele.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and clienteling skills.
  • Reliable attendance and the ability to work a retail schedule including weekends and peak periods.

Experience
