Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience that drives store sales and loyalty.
  • Execute store operational tasks with accuracy and attention to brand standards (merchandising, inventory, cash handling).
  • Achieve individual productivity and sales targets through proactive prospecting and effective time management.
  • Support omnichannel sales by leveraging available digital tools and company systems to convert and fulfil client requests.
  • Maintain current product, styling and trend knowledge to advise and style clients confidently.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to develop and implement creative initiatives that maximise personal and store sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience.
  • Demonstrable ability to meet and exceed sales targets; self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a genuine passion for styling and fashion.
  • Comfortable using retail technology and omnichannel platforms; quick to adopt new tools.
  • Flexible, team-focused attitude with the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced store environment.

Experience
