Role & Responsibilities

- Execute store operational tasks with accuracy and attention to brand standards (merchandising, inventory, cash handling).
- Achieve individual productivity and sales targets through proactive prospecting and effective time management.
- Support omnichannel sales by leveraging available digital tools and company systems to convert and fulfil client requests.
- Maintain current product, styling and trend knowledge to advise and style clients confidently.
- Collaborate with store leadership to develop and implement creative initiatives that maximise personal and store sales performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience.
- Demonstrable ability to meet and exceed sales targets; self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a genuine passion for styling and fashion.
- Comfortable using retail technology and omnichannel platforms; quick to adopt new tools.
- Flexible, team-focused attitude with the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced store environment.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of frontline retail experience in fashion or luxury, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in fashion, merchandising or retail management is a plus.
