Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, on-brand customer experiences to build loyalty and drive repeat business as a Michael Kors ambassador.
  • Manage client relationships and outreach using all available clientelling apps and tools to maximise lifetime value.
  • Maintain floor and stock presence, including visual merchandising and inventory accuracy to support sales performance.
  • Collaborate closely with store management to communicate opportunities and contribute to store KPIs.
  • Develop product and brand knowledge using Product Knowledge packs to confidently advise customers and close sales.
  • Monitor and understand business results and translate insights into proactive selling actions.

Qualifications

  • Relevant retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment; prior experience in premium or luxury retail preferred.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for fashion and commitment to delivering inclusive, professional customer service.
  • Demonstrable teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire colleagues and collaborate to meet targets.
  • Technological proficiency and comfort using digital clienteling tools and retail systems.
  • Local language proficiency preferred (German for Vienna) with effective verbal communication skills.

Experience

Proven experience in retail sales, ideally within a fast-paced or premium/luxury environment. Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and using clienteling techniques to grow customer relationships.
