Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience to drive sales and long-term client relationships
- Execute daily operational tasks with accuracy, including transactions and store standards
- Meet individual productivity and sales targets through multitasking and effective prioritisation
- Support and execute omnichannel initiatives by leveraging available digital tools and store technology
- Continuously develop product, trend and styling knowledge to inspire and advise clients
- Collaborate with management to identify and implement strategies to maximise personal and store sales
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail sales experience
- Self-starter mentality with a demonstrable ability to achieve results
- Enthusiastic brand ambassador with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Customer-service obsessed with a passion for styling and fashion
- Technologically savvy with an entrepreneurial approach to selling

Experience
At least two years of hands-on retail sales experience with a track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-calibre customer service in a fashion or luxury retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational retail or fashion-related training is an asset.
